We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Lekh AI Pro. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund policy as described below.
This policy applies to all purchases of Lekh AI Pro made through our website via Stripe checkout.
2. 7-Day Refund Window
You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase date. No questions asked.
- The 7-day period begins on the date of purchase as recorded by our payment processor (Stripe).
- Refund requests received within the 7-day window will be processed promptly.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
After the 7-day refund window has passed, purchases are considered final and are non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at kailaconsulting@outlook.com with the following information:
- Email address used at checkout
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Once processed, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. License Revocation
Upon receiving a refund, your Lekh AI Pro license will be revoked. You will no longer have access to Pro-exclusive features. You may repurchase a license at any time.
5. Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances — such as technical issues that prevent the app from functioning on your system — we may consider refund requests outside of the 7-day window on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us and describe the issue you are experiencing.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse or fraud.
